Evaluation and impact assessment
We believe that good policy making and good governance are intrinsically linked to good evaluation and ex-ante and ex post impact assessment. We provide methodologically sound, evidence-based evaluations and impact assessments of projects and programmes. Our objective is to inform policy making for higher impact and better use of public money.
With regard to evaluations, our experience is with EU and OECD DAC evaluation criteria. Ex-ante impact assessment is essential for the design of high-quality policies and public legislative and non-legislative interventions. Our experience is with the European Commission methodology on Impact Assessment as described in the EU Better Regulation Toolbox.
